He was born February 14, 1952 in Bladen County, NC the son of the late John H. Mitchell and Leola Blanks Mitchell.</span></span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:18px;">He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Potter Mitchell; Father, John H. Mitchell; Mother, Leola B. Mitchell; Brother, Steve A. Mitchell.</span></span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:18px;">He is survived by three brothers, Matthew Mitchell and wife, Barbara of Lake Waccamaw, John A. Mitchell and wife, Marie of Chadbourn, Mark E. Mitchell and wife, Melissa of Lake Waccamaw; Elizabeth Mitchell of Hope Mills, Louise M.
